Pls Help me Can't stop deep freeze in 8.1

Hello,
i already deleted faronics folder and no icon of deep freeze can be found in the taskbar and a few months deep freeze started and when i look on my registry entry its already thawed i dont know what to do and im running windows 8.1 i cant use my safe mode cause activating it requires a reboot and deep freeze makes no changes change. pls help
