My pc turn on but not boot the windows 7 os

my pc turn on in the process of booting the os it stand still it does not show the welcome windows

Not much a home user can do in this case. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop do a diagnostic.

You much be repair your computer. If you want to do it. You must do when open your computer, you press F8 Key and select Repair.
