Hello, I have tried many things- using ccleaner, run and delete temporary files, clean drives. Would wiping the c drive help?

The C drive is STORAGE and not MEMORY.
Memory is in chips on the motherboard. So a low memory message means you have too many programs open or you need more memory chips.
