Screen is black

my laptop is del insperon 1564 my problem is that when i turned on the laptop the screen is bleeping without starting window icon after some blip screen is totaly black and after some second screen is black bu startup tone is sound only screen is black what is the problem and how i remove this problem

Your screen input from the cpu must have burnt or cut because of bending. Straighten the wire.
