Push the right mouse and New Simple Volume
Click Next
and Next
Now we choose new letter from the list.
Click Next
Next and Finish

Hi JoelAlara,
I recommend you to test the drive on another PC and with another USB cable. Is it visible in Disk Management and does it have a drive letter? I would try using the chkdsk D: /f command from the Command Prompt (D should be replaced with the external's drive letter).
