I have many pictures in my camera sd-card. But I could not open it. When I try to open or explore my sd card, there is a POD file in that; which is a 1kb file and there is no picture or any other document. Can anyone please tell me what should I do to get back my pictures and manage to copy them ?

Perhaps you can use the free Recuva program. Just Google the name for a download location. Did you use this card to store Perl program data?
