My computer did not open its start screen but its power on ..it happen when i change its resolution what should i do plz help me...

Restart the computer
Click and do not leave on the F8
Choose safe mode
System Restore to before the problem
Start
control panel
Recovery
Open System Restore
Choose the date of restore before the problem

It won't let me do restore in safe mode

Not start menu costumizer..my computer knan log in to start screen thats what happed..
