Ok, take the charger and unplug it from the wall. take the charger and unplug it from the laptop. Let it sit without power for 30 seconds.
Now take you laptop and remove the battery. With the battery still out, press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Put the battery back in. Put the charger back in the laptop. Put the charger back in the wall. Try it again!
