Hi

I am using TOSHIBA Satellite C850-B762 model laptop

When trying to boot, it stops at InsydeH20 utility settings screen.

Is there any way out wherein i can manage to rectify this error and load back my windows screen

It appears that you have a hardware error preventing the BIOS from completing the boot process. It's going to take a full hardware diagnostic from a local PC repair shop to find the problem.
