Laptop won't open but power is on

I cannot open my Neo Notebook M54SE. It doesn't even boot even though the fan inside, the cd-rom, and the hdd is working fine. There was a time that I luckily booted my laptop but it showed a BSOD (I cannot remember what it says). I tried my hdd on my desktop computer and it worked properly. I also tried the method that says that you must hold the power button for 30-60 seconds without the electric supply connected and then put the charger on and boot the pc and then restart with the battery in. It doesn't worked for me. Can anyone figure out what could be the problem with my laptop? Thank you in-advanced!
