Hello Doka,
I have some questions that I would be happy if you clarify for me.
1. Can you hear any noise coming out of the fan or the hard drive?
2. Have you tried starting your laptop while plugged in only the direct charge connector and the battery taken out?
If you can't see any light blinking on your laptop the most probable reason for that is false power supply on your motherboard. I suggest you to try powering your laptop with a different charger with same voltage or if you have some knowledge, to open your laptop and see if there're any damages on the PCB.
