I can't access my account asks to verify by phone

Hello,

When I enter email and password, then click login, a message appears saying "we haven't seen you sign in from this device before." And it asks to verify by phone. I have two phone numbers attached to my yahoo account, one is Chinese and another is Bangladeshi. I'm now in Bangladesh and I have currently no access to my Bangladeshi phone number. As I'm now outside China, I have no access to my Chinese phone number either. I'm now in a huge dilemma and feeling totally lost. It's really urgent for me to login to my yahoo account now. Can you please help me what to do?
