Keyboard keys not working properly

Hello Dear,
I have lenovo G570 and from last evening my laptop's keys(Alt,F11,Num Lock,down & Right keys) not working properly if I long pressing the down key then it works otherwise not working.
So need your help kindly resolved the problem if possible.

I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard. If successful then you will need to replace the internal keyboard.
