Hello,
I'm Mary joy and some of my keys won't work and because I really needed to write I bought a keyboard that I plug and it went well but it also started to have a problem some of the letters work only if pressed with "Fn". I don't know what to do I tried shutting it down etc.please help..

It sounds like you have pressed NumLck. NumLock changes the letters to numbers (like UIOP) on laptops.
Press NumLck again to reverse the process.
