Remote Desktop Flub

Hello,
I have a situation where my compeuter is running XP sp3 under accessories in the start menu has a remote desktop connection field. The problem lies when I go t the start menu and then to system and then the remotetab the only check box avaiable is remote assistance? How do I fix this I tried redownloading and installing remote desktop from the windows site it tells me I already have it.

hi,
to be able to download the file again, you will have to uninstall the software from your computer.
uninstall it and then try to download again.
