hi sir or mam i have dell inspiron 3537. When i start the system then the logo of dell comes but it does start loading until i press f12 key. And one more problem is when i use my system if i leave it for few minute then the screen turn off and it does come back anyhow until i pull out the battery and restart the sytem. Pls reply me

Can you please, try the following steps:
1. Unplug the charger from the laptop
2. Remove the battery
3. Hold down the power button for about 30 secs
4. Then put the battery back in
5. Start
If that doesn't help, please make sure you have the Windows Repair CD and try booting your Dell with it.
If you haven't, then go to the menu by hitting F12 and try to repair your laptop to its last known good configuration. If you have access to Safe mode while starting, I suggest you to enter the command:
sfc /scannow to repair your system.
Good luck with the tests and please, share the results.
