1. Please explain to me the reasons why ,when i install timer in my computer(xp)windows it refuses to open,but when i unstall antivirus(kaspersky) it opens and operates well,what should i do to mentain both the timer(cybercafe pro) and antivirus.

2. my computer does not display anything on the screen when its on, what could be the problem

Hello,

with Kaspersky installed you could try turning off application mode.
