Hello, I still have the same problem from an attachment for PS3 PSN constantly writes me the error 80710092.
I do not work for about 2 month so maintenance is about but not many a technician who is in charge or access support from sony my team knows the long-term help , it works one week and then an additional 2 weeks not. Please advise me as someone I have to deploy to me not fall ?
some guidance would not hurt . thanks

-ISSUE CONNECTING ONLINE

-Cannot connect to the interent or PlayStation Network. This may be caused by scheduled maintenance or issues with your internet connection

-TO FIX

1. Turn off your PS3, your router, your modem, etc.

2. Let everything stand turned for at least one minute.

3. Turn on you router/modem and wait for full power up (i.e. All lights lit)

4. Turn on your PS3 and try to access PSN

-IF PROBLEMS PERSIST

1. Go to Settings>Network Settings>Internet Connection Test

2. Post the results here.
