My laptop wont turn on

Hello I have an hp 2000 I just bought it a year ago and it's not turning on.
I tried taking the battery out and putting it back in and I holding the power button but it's still not turning on
When I plug in the charger the charger light turns white (indicating the laptop is charged)
When I hold the power button for long it bleakly blinks once but still doesn't turn on. Please help.

Sorry your laptop needs "hands on" access by a PC Tech to diagnose. I suggest a local repair shop.

I switched it on today morning and it turned on!! I guess its a miracle or something. But i noticed that its showing black screen after start up for a few seconds ( more than it used to)

Keep your fingers crossed and start saving money to replace the laptop. These types of intermittent problems tend to get worse with time and generally end with a deal PC.
