Hi Thapanetra,
So you want those files to be hidden even on your external drive or you can not backup your recovery because the files are hidden? If you wish to adjust the hidden files on your PC and your external, check the link below. There is a similar thread and a few other suggestions. From Control Panel ? Folder Options ? View you should make sure you have selected the desired option from Show hidden files and Hide protected operating system files.
