Sending option for external harddrive is not showing

I used to transfer a file from my computer to hard drive just right clicking on the desired file then choosing the sending option to hard drve. but recently i noticed that there is no sending option for transfering a file from computer to hard drive. all other pendrives works great. just my hard drive has this problem. but i can manually transfer my file by copying the desired file and pasting it in hard drive.

Is there any solution to get back the sending option for my hard drive ?
