I don't think anyone can help you. It appears the drive is DEAD.

Hi Upasana,
I am sorry for any issues or inconveniences, caused by the hard drive. I presume it is not visible in BIOS. Can you hear some strange noises coming from the drive? Sadly, xpcman may be right. Your drive may have failed. If you have valuable information on the drive, I would advise you to contact a Data Recovery Company. If the drive is under warranty, contact the reseller.
