My laptop is acting weird. Yesterday it was fine and I shut it down and it was updating.Now when I turn it on .All I get is a black screen with a message on it. The message says something is either not design to run with windows or contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator for support. I have no idea what to do.

This is going to take "hands-on" access to diagnose. I suggest you have a local PC repair shop do a diagnostic evaluation. That way you can determine if it's cost effective to repair.
