I have some problem on my laptop. I don't know how to recover it. The key selection is not changed , if it open then, only by the last selectd file. Also tere is a sound when i open my pc. Sometimes it cannot shutdown. Sound caused from te fn f1 key and there is no antivirus.

So is the F1 key stuck in the down position?
