Hi Keshav Meena,
How are you trying to divide the drive? Are trying from Disk Management or using an OS installation DVD? I suppose you are not allowed to do it, because the C drive is your main drive, containing the Windows system files. My recommendation is to boot from a Windows installation drive and partition your hard drive the way you want it. Before doing that, backup all your data.
