Startup problem

Hello,
I have a problem with Windows 10 Starting. After I started Recovery the system erased Disk C and now the notebook won't even start Windows!
It shows me " Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. Well restart it for you.
If you'd like to know more, you can search online for this error. inaccessible_boot_device."
And it strarts over and over and over again!
F8 doesen't work and CTRL+F11 doesen't.
I need Help!

Yes. I reinstalled my OC, and know my OC doesn't work that well as before!
