Asus bulls 6 A6B00VC
My laptop doesn't have any sound, it says a sound driver is not installed, i tried to install it but it won't and one more thing i want to reset everything but i don't know how.

No any sound

Try updating the driver.

As for your second question, what do you mean by "everything"?
