Internet using wifi dongle

Hello,

I'm using Windows 7 PC and i have purchased Tata Photon Max 3G wifi dongle when i connect in usb charger and used for my mobile it given 3G speed and when i remove from charger and connect directly to my PC it given 2G speed can you please guide me how to setup wifi in my PC without connecting wifi dongle but stay connected in usb charger and in the electric socket.

I think you need to check on the dongle setup. there must be something wrong with the settings that is why you are having such kind of problem with your usb adapter.
