Safe mode reboot issue

Hello, i have rebooted my window 10 in safe mode following the configuration system
When i restarted it, its got stuck showing black screem with command: c:\windows\system32>
Please help.

Perhaps your only option is to boot from the Windows 10 DVD amd do a "repair".

I didnt actually follow the procedure correctly, i went through it again when i got stuck and i found that, i didn't choose the mode i wanted to start Windows 10 in,(F4, F6 or F8) after i restarted the pc and when i did that every thing came into order. Anyway, thanks so much for your prompt response. I am experiencing Blue screen problem after upgrading to windows 10 from windows 7. I expect the attend of restarting window in save mode might help referring to the infos i got from the forum.
