Can't get into my computer

Hello,
***@*** email address used before windows 10. I can't get in at all. Dont know the password. Never had one before to get in. Computer shows a picture of abeach and ssk for a password. Using ipad to ask for help. If you send message l can't get itat ***@*** stuck. Ask to ask at account.live.com password reset and still ask for a code. What code? I have gmail ***@*** even this l dont know my psssword. Please help.

Hello

This a very sticky wicket because you have never had an Outlook.com account to recover a password you never had.

Look at this CCM How-to, first paragraph, it may help you to restore to the previous version.
