Hello shunida,
What type of format has been used to format the pendrive? Have you unplugged your USB directly from the port without Safely remove hardware option? Sometimes the device gets corrupted when unplugged while transferring data.
My suggestion is to go to Disk Management and see if there's any drive letter assigned and if not you have to manually assign a letter.
Also, you could navigate through Device manager and check whether there's a conflict within the USB generic ports. You might need to update the driver for the USB controlling device.
Please come and share what happened after the tests are made.
Good luck.
