Recover access to my mail

I am back from vacation and can't access my mail, also I don't remember my password and securitiy questions

However when yahoo sent me the link to recover access to my Work email (***@***), the hyperlink is not working!!!!

Please help and send your support to ***@***

Hello,

If you've received an email from Yahoo, you just have to copy/paste the hyperlink in your browser.

the link was sent to my other email (my work email) is not working, because the hyperlink was striped off as it's the office policy.

Please send the link again to ***@***, because I can still access to my yahoo email from my only laptop at home since I never log off! But if this only computer is crashed I will completely don't have access to my yahoo mail
