Hello,I have updated from Windows8 to Wind0ws8.1 and now I have faced the problem of Black Screen after starting up.I have a DELL Inspiron15(3521)laptop.Sometimes I get the message "Activate Windows,go to PC setting" on this Black Screen.Is there a clear and simple solution to this problem??THANKS.

Perhaps you should burn a Win 10 install DVD on another computer and use that DVD to upgrade to Windows 10.
