My Toshiba laptop

Hello,


One day I had turned my Toshiba laptop on, it went through Toshiba leading inovation, and windows welcome/load screen, but when it starts to come up on the original main screen with all my apps and files, it stays blank, the same screen also says "this copy of windows is not genuine". What does that mean and How can I fix this?

I suggest you contact Toshiba and or Microsoft. It's possible that someone has used you COA key and Microsoft has flagged it as invalid. Or it could be some malware/ransomware that will try to get money from you. Be very careful if the computer displays any phone numbers to call.
