sorry to here your story. My friend had similar issue. it's hard to recover all files successfully, as the system restore has already caused data overwtitten. and you may failed to retrieve some or many files even though you pay much many to those recovery companies.
but you can try some hard drive recovery programs by yourself

Hi Gyan Kunu,
Unfortunately, if the data was overwritten, it may be nearly impossible to recover your files. I would search for some data recovery tools, but if you plan to use a Data Recovery Company, it would be better to avoid using any software on that drive. Sadly, those recovery companies may have high fees. I would recommend you to confirm what part of the information can be restored.
