How do I restore my HP Pavilion to factory settings?

Hello, I tried to follow things like press F11 or go to your Recovery an click recovery manager, but NONE of those ways work! F11 only controls the mute/unmute for the computer and when I try to access recovery manager it doesn't allow me to access it. PLEASE HELP. I don't know what else to do

We will need to know the exact model number. And more details about your problem. A factory recovery will not fix things if you have hardware problems.
