Number button is not working from 1 until 0 except 5 and 6

Hello,

My numeric letter on top from 1 until 0 is not working except 5 and 6. I try to fix it by unplugged and put it back and it still the same. When i restart my computer it still the same. I tried to update the driver but it say its fully update. This is very annoying if anyone around here have the same problem and have a solution to solve it, pls do tell me

This is almost always a hardware failure and the keyboard needs to be replaced.

So I need to replace my keyboard? If it still the same do I need to send my pc to the shop?
