I am having an hp 550.
It has suddenly become inoperative as when I on the laptop nothing is shown ..no logo ..nothing is visible ..what may the problem?

Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.
