Hi SmuelPreddy,
Is the pendrive visible in Disk Management? Does it have a drive letter and a file format? Try using the Chkdsk D: /f command from the Command Prompt. Replace D with your pendrive's drive letter. I strongly recommend you to try the drive on another PC. If the is no change, search for some data recovery software.
