Hello,
you can send the hard drive off to data recovery specialists who'll take the platters from the HDD and attempt to recover the data.
though, the consultation will cost you and the recovery will cost you even more - At least 3 digits.

Hey there, Mangeshd.
Would you please be so kind as to share a bit more info on the subject? What happened? Are there any errors popping-up? Does the drive even power-up (do you hear it spin-up or feel it vibrate when you start the computer)?
I'd suggest that you try the HDD with a different computer, to see what happens and if you can recover your files. If you don't have that option, at least try it with a different SATA port and different cables. You could also try accessing the drive via Ubuntu Live DVD/USB, to see if it's properly recognized and if you can get to your data. Data recovery software is also a viable option. Unfortunately, if non of that works, you'd probably have to try with a professional solutions, such as a data recovery company, as @kieferschild has already suggested.
Hope that helps.
