Toshiba 1TB HD,Detects- not Displayed;Corrupt Master File Table

Hello everyone,
I have a 1TB Toshiba Hard drive device with app. 200Gb of personal data, it worked fine for 10months till day before yesterday. Now when I plug it in, The drive properties show 0kb for free space and 0kb for used space. Is there any way to access the data on the drive?
i ran the chkdsk option but to no avail.it showed Corrupt Master file Table and then it took a couple of hours, showed the info but ended at 73% at both times..
i am posting the snapshot of the Diskpart prompt..please help me out..
