Beeping noises and black screen

Hi so I was playing a game on my laptop when my chair broke and it fell, after that it froze so the only choice I had was to turn it off, when I tried to turn it back on it made 10 beeping noises and stayed at a black screen. The beeping noises weren't loud they were low beeping and came only from the right side of my laptop. I can use the f1-12 keys and it says what ever they do when I press them but it just stays there and doesn't seem like it's doing anything.HELP! I miss league of legends!! I have a HP touchscreen notebook Idk what the name of it is , so Idk if that helps
