Hello,
window failed to start. a recent hardware or software change might be the cause. and it continues to say ,if windows files have been damaged or configured incorrectly , startup repair can help diagnose and fix the problem. if power was interrupted during startup, choose start window normally. it gives me two options to choose from but after i choose either of them , it says window is loading files and displays black screen with a cursor and stops there. what can i do...any other options i can explore. pls help
have you tried to tap the f8 or f12 buttons when starting up your laptop? it's usually one of those two that will let ya get into your bios. could also be f2 but try that and see wht happens.
when you push the power button to turn it on, just tap the f8 button a few times before the windows logo comes up. if that doesn't work, shut it off and do the same but try f12.
