Hi Sunil,
Could you please specify if it is an external or an internal drive? I would start with changing the cables and changing the SATA port (if it is an internal drive). If the drive is external, try it on another PC. If the drive is working normally on another PC, check for some SATA/USB driver updates from the motherboard manufacturer's web page. I would download the drive manufacturer's diagnostic tool and check the drive for problems.
