The reason my laptop doesnt work because the ribbon cable for the power on inside isnt connected so after reconnecting it, thank GOD!!! it worked..

Unplug all cords. Even the one that connects INTO the charger box. Then take out the battery from the laptop. Press and hold the power button for at least 30 seconds. Put it all back together. Let us know!

Did you hear any beeps during start up?
Try to connect any external monitor to the laptop and see whether it shows any display in it.
