Cpu start but moniter donot show because its light remains yello

Hello,
My pc all fen working but pc is not supplying full power to monitor moniter start but frunt light remains yellow donot turn into green, this problem comes every failure of cpu. processor fan swings but mtnr light donot green pls help me

Sorry we can't offer much helop. Your PC needs the "hands on" asscess that only a local PC repair shop can offer.
