Hello,
My name is aj I got a dell from the school 3646 I installed a new bios a01
And I reboot my Computer an the montor does not get any signal the keyboard does not power on or the mouse I tried reseting the bios by replying the batery but it does not work
And I tryed the rest but it does not work the hard drive makes the booting noise but no lights the processerror works all the hard ware is functional I can't use the f2 or f12 keys please help

If you used the wrong BIOS update or it failed in someway. Then you might have turned the Laptop into a BRICK. If the BIOS is not functioning then the CHIP must be replaced with a correctly programmed version of the BIOS. This would probably require service from Dell.
