Hey there, Karthik.
Just a friendly advice - never keep important data on a flash drive if you don't have a copy of it somewhere else.
What did you do in CMD to make this happens? You could try out the solution from this thread: https://ccm.net/forum/affich-842480-pen-drive-not-showing-data to see if it works for you. Otherwise you could give data recovery software a try, to see if you're able to get to your files this way.
