External Hard drive not showing on my pc

Hello,

My Seagate external hard drive 1TB is not showing in MY PC , I have my backup there . ive tried resolving it by going to disk management to change the path of the drive but its endless "connecting to virtual......." , I also tried resolving it with the instructions from the internet but still it doesn't show T_T help please

Have you tried removing it and placing it back?
Or tried it with a different computer?
If not then I suggest you should do so.

Yes, also tried it in another laptop and desktop computer ( front and back ports) . its active time in the task manager is 100% , so i cant access it
