Hacked

Hello,

From many days junk mail were received. yesterday I received information from hotmail (fraud)as hotmail warning to fill ID,User name,DoB, Password otherwise they will delete all the message from the mail account so filled it up and sent.Immediately after that my mail is hacked.I have very important documents.Please suggest me what to do.I forgot my secret answer and my password is not working.
